When can I expect my package after using my voucher code?

Once you’ve placed your order, you can expect to receive your package within 1-3 business days. You can track your shipment via FedEx.

1. Please locate your FedEx tracking number. This tracking number will be sent as soon as your package has shipped. You should look for "Your Full Cart order has Shipped!" in the subject line (if you cannot find the confirmation email please be sure to check your spam and junk folder)

2. Navigate to the FedEx tracking page here and input your tracking number.

I need to change the shipping address on my order.

If you have not received tracking information for your order: please email support@fullcart.org with your order number and the address you would like your package shipped to. We will do our best to change the shipping address before the package is shipped. If you have received tracking information for your order: sign up with FedEx Delivery Manager to update your shipping address. Please note: FedEx may charge a small fee for changing the address. You can also choose to hold your package at a FedEx Pickup location for free. You can sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager here.
