You Will Need
- 3 Cups Cooked Spanish Rice from your Full Cart order
- 1/2 Cup Halved Tomatoes
- 1-2 Cups Shredded Chicken
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Green Peppers, diced
- 1/4 Cup Red Peppers, diced
- 1/4 Cup Onion, diced
- Prepare the Spanish Rice by following the instructions. Leave in a bowl to the side.
- Use olive oil and saute the peppers and onion in a pan.
- Add the sauteed veggies, halved tomatoes and shredded chicken to the rice.
- Mix together. Squeeze half a lime over the rice.
- Enjoy! Feel free to add other spices and veggies to your liking.
