Spanish Rice Deluxe

Give your rice some flavor with this protein and nutrient-packed chicken and tomato addition!

Yield: 6 Servings

You Will Need

  • 3 Cups Cooked Spanish Rice from your Full Cart order
  • 1/2 Cup Halved Tomatoes
  • 1-2 Cups Shredded Chicken
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Green Peppers, diced
  • 1/4 Cup Red Peppers, diced
  • 1/4 Cup Onion, diced
  • Lime


  • Prepare the Spanish Rice by following the instructions. Leave in a bowl to the side.
  • Use olive oil and saute the peppers and onion in a pan.
  • Add the sauteed veggies, halved tomatoes and shredded chicken to the rice.
  • Mix together. Squeeze half a lime over the rice.
  • Enjoy! Feel free to add other spices and veggies to your liking.
